NSW could achieve the magic 80 per cent double-dose vaccination target as early as Friday.
Recent numbers revealed 78.81 per cent of eligible residents have had both doses of the Covid vaccine, while 91.66 per cent have had their first dose.
The state is on track to surpass 80 per cent later in the day, and if that’s the case, more freedoms will be unlocked from Monday.
However, regional travel is still off the cards until November 1.
