A former Royal Marine in Kabul says he should put the cats and canine from his charity to sleep on the runway after the defence secretary stated he needed to “prioritise folks over pets”.
Paul ‘Pen’ Farthing, who based Nowzad, claimed the Ministry of Defence (MoD) has blocked a constitution flight he crowdfunded to fly his 69 staff and 100 animals again to the UK after the Taliban seized Afghanistan.
He stated Boris Johnson has authorized the flight however the MoD is refusing to grant the plane the ISAF (Worldwide Safety Help Pressure) air signal so it could actually fly into the airport and out.
