The jury within the trial of police killer Eli Epiha has been unable to achieve a unanimous verdict.

Epiha admits the homicide of officer Matthew Hunt however denies a cost of tried homicide, in relation to officer David Goldfinch.

Within the Excessive Courtroom at Auckland, Epiha is on trial alongside accused getaway driver Natalie Bracken.
