A 14-year-old boy stabbed to dying in Birmingham has been named as Dea-John Reid, with police now investigating experiences he was racially abused earlier than his dying.

Dea-John’s household have launched a tribute to {the teenager}, who died after being stabbed at round 7.30pm on Monday in Birmingham.
