WorkSafe has confirmed an individual died at a meat rendering facility close to the Rangitikei city of Marton per week in the past.

The company says it’s investigating a deadly incident, at Kakariki Proteins, on 2 April.
No different particulars have been out there, and Kakariki Proteins didn’t reply to calls.
